Open for login emails
Sometimes our login emails are blocked by your company email system. Find out how to fix it.
What do I do if we don't receive a login emails?
Since approximately February 12, 2023, Microsoft has had a tendency to mark our login emails and other automated emails as spam (Spam, Junk). Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting this, and we have no contact person at Microsoft who can help us with it. We have tried many different things. Even though we have the correct DMARC + DKIM setup and our own, dedicated IP address for sending emails only from us, some of our emails are still marked as spam or blocked in other ways.
Other email providers may also devise similar blocking methods. In any case, the information below will help you with this:
Solution
The IT department/contact person in your company must either:
- Whitelist emails from Toolbee: Ask the IT department to whitelist / allow / mark as safe emails from IP 192.254.118.240 (our fixed IP for sending emails), (possibly with senders auth@toolbee.com, news@toolbee.com and robot@toolbee.com) or
- Open a support request with your company's Microsoft contact. Include the information in the paragraph above.
